This is the final news letter in an extraordinarily successful year for setcom. This year saw the S-CORE Multi-RAT test platform delivered to key customers. The S-CORE supports LTE, GSM/EDGE and WCDMA - out of the box. The product has gained strong acceptance in LTE-IMS UE testing making setcom the first verified IMS test vendor at Verizon Wireless. 2012 will see the S-CORE platform being launched globally to our broader customer base. |

Testing GAN compatible terminals setcom believes in transformational opportunities in the wireless industry and this means being first in supporting key differentiators is essential to our corporate strategy. GAN is a good example of this. 2011 again gave us the opportunity to demonstrate leadership by supporting key industry trendsetters with this technology and granting them strong competitive advantage. The setcom UMA/GAN and GAN-Lite test solution delivers everything needed for 3GPP GAN protocol testing. This includes a GAN controller, security gateway and supports calls over WiFi/2G/3G with handovers. |

RCS testing for operator acceptance In the drive to offer customers superior solutions, setcom again is leading with advanced testing of Rich Communication Suite (RCS) services. As the industry is fast moving towards the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) for providing mobile communication services, setcom is now leading with deployment of comprehensive UE test solutions for this technology. The setcom S-CORE platform now supports RCS testing covering all LTE needs for OTADM, Mutimode Messaging, MMS/SMS over IMS, H.264 Video Telephony, EPC 2.0 and VoLTE. Setcom is delighted to announce Verizon Wireless as a key customer with RCS testing on S-CORE. |
